🎀 Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order upon arrival or wish to exchange an item, you may return it and make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, not defective, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once the item is received and verified, we’ll gladly issue a full refund.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.
📦 Delivered Orders
We are unable to process refunds or replacements if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered.
If you did not receive your package, a non-delivery certification from your local post office is required to process a refund or replacement.
✨ Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If your item arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us at support@stardustave.com within 14 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
Once verified, we’ll happily issue a full refund or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
💳 Refunds
You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days once your return is approved.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
🛍️ Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change!
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@stardustave.com within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
